@WeAreOpenreach how long does it take for openreach to fix a issue with full fiber infrastructure that was damaged during the storm on the 24th January. Well it's been 3 weeks so far and counting and still nothing being done and service provider not issuing any updates

@WeAreOpenreach Fair enough but when the service provider is tells the customer there is no new updates and the service has been down for 3 weeks hence Im now here trying to find out if and when the issue will be fixed It's disappointing that one blames the other and the other hides behind ofcom

@WeAreOpenreach We how about openreach stops hidding behind closed doors and gives out updates instead of just providing them to service providers where the customer service dept is based overseas and don't speak or understand English

@WeAreOpenreach I have been in contact with them the 2 dates that were provided have now passed and the last comms with my provider i was told there is no date or time frame from openreach as to when the repair will be carried out. That has now been 3 weeks today without service
