With all due respect, visiting parents’ or grandparents’ graves does not change the legal facts. The issue is not whether Dr. Muganga is Ugandan or loves Uganda. The issue is whether he meets the constitutional requirements for the office.
If he holds dual citizenship and the law prohibits dual citizens from occupying such a position, then the law must take its course. Courts and institutions should be guided by the Constitution, not emotions, sympathy, or public sentiment. Let’s be guided
