@Sharingkindness It got better! @united and @Expedia both had me DM them my issue which resulted in United saying we can't do anything, talk to Expedia and then Expedia saying that per United's policy, we can't change it so we can give you a refund, but we're keeping $200 for our error!!

day three of my attempt to get either @Expedia or @Fly_Norwegian to own up to screwing up my trip to Paris. Kind of like being bounced between the two companies, and interestingly neither is making the process easy. Expedia loves the 24 and 72 hour call back. I do not.
