@IndiaPostOffice Dear sir. Soon means? "Speed post" will be delivered in a week or ten days or even more time? If it takes a week or more to deliver a speed post, then kindly change the name to routine post. Seven days or ten days delivery after booking is no Speed post.. Sorry state of affairs.

@IndiaPostOffice The problem is that you will reply once, don't do anything to expedite the consignment and then reply after days of delivery of consignment which is delayed by days together. That seems to be standard procedure followed by @IndiaPostOffice

The packet had reached destination station at 7.41 am yesterday but not delivered till now. Even as today is promised date for delivery, it is not out for delivery. Kindly get it delivered today or cancel it.

@help_delhivery So the order was to be delivered in Ludhiana and as per your records it had reached destination station at 7.16 am on July 4. And now you are saying that it has moved to Varanasi. Do u feel that customer is fool and will wait for it to be brought to Ludhiana again and delivered.
