Extending NFS to a particular cadre while ignoring the long standing stagnation of +2 Lecturers would cause serious discontent among employees seeking justice on legitimate grounds.

@BhatJav24316345 @sakinaitoo The Department must follow the proportionate share.

Ground realities also speak for themselves,we are short of eligible candidates from ZEO quota for next three years. With nearly 150 vacancies and only around 13 eligible, the reality is stark and cannot be ignored.

The J&K vocational trainers, shaping youth for 9+ years, face job insecurity, no increments, & an uncertain future with meager remuneration. Despite promises by the Govt & LG during 'Awaam ki Awaaz,' no action yet.

With many nearing overage, their future hangs in balance. Needs implementation of job policy—justice delayed is justice denied. #SupportVocationalTrainers #SkillIndia

No APS, BPS, CPS, UPS……ZPS
We only demand OPS.
OPS is our legitimate right.
Govt Were Favouring NPS for Long 20 years, now introduced UPS, Next ten years they will favour and will again Change.

@RuhullahMehdi @JKNC_ PSC Lecturers are facing worst stagnation,as the cadre is without provisions of ACP (Assured Carrer Progression). After qualifying PSC Exam(*Written and Viva) the grade at the time of recruitment and retirement is same.
Plz do away with this .ACP is our right
