मेरी आज लखनऊ से दिल्ली की फ्लाइट 6E546 का समय शाम 8:20 का था. घंटे भर बोर्डिंग का इंतज़ार करवाने के बाद तकनीकी ख़राबी की अनाउंसमेंट कर दी गई.

इंडिगो ने टिकट रिफ़ंड का ऑप्शन दिया और बताया कि लगेज 20 मिनट में काउंटर से कलेक्ट किया जा सकता है…जिसमें लगभग दो घंटे लगे…इस दौरान इंडिगो स्टाफ ने लगेज को लेकर कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया.

रात के 11:20 हो रहे हैं. शाम 6:00 बजे से एयरपोर्ट पर अब तक 5 घंटे ख़राब करके वापस घर जा रही हूँ.
