@theallljon Last one lol — moving away from the Bay made me a minority & allowed me to befriend other people giving me the opportunity to learn about other cultures. All my friends in Ca are Asian 😅 naturally who I grew up with & became friends w/. I never felt the need to make new friends.

@theallljon Maybe it’s just becoming an adult, but I thought no place could beat living in Ca/Bay & I never wanted to leave. Ca def is one of the best places to live but I didn’t appreciate it as much until leaving. Exploring new areas esp w/o any family or friends was a growing experience.
