@cooper_m what an over reaction! Omicron around now globally 3-4 weeks, we are not seeing lots of deaths or ICU admissions, what we are seeing is lots of people getting it and recovering within a week with only mild to no symptoms! Is this our life now for ever more.??

@CraneFrazier @PadraigMacL @PaddyDiver4 And all public properties will get replaced in time with tax payers money despite local authorities knowing of the problem... so same buildings built twice at tax payers expenses but 'tax payers' dont seem to be in uproar about this... only about private owners getting redress!

@louthec @PadraigMacL Size irrelevant, every defective block needs replaced. When these houses were built you could build 2500sq ft in Donegal for price of 1000sq ft in Dublin, thats the difference between rural and capital same as any country

@gcosg123 @BobJimmy80 @louthec @PadraigMacL Home owners at mercy of builders for final costs but government can do more to control this by appointing Housing agency to manage it, do houses in groups instead of each owner project managing themselves, economy of scales might then apply but it doesnt for single builds

And they want people to maybe have to go through it twice if house needs 2nd round of remedial work cos it wasnt dealt with right 1st time!
