@GoBlueArizona @unusual_whales Most likely people will still be taking a mortgage out given the equity rises. I’m not worried about the banks and of course the same approval rules apply so they will still get their origination fees. This is just a potential solution help move homes.

@Berci I have been using them for a while now and the level of fatigue at the end of the day is night and day for me despite "modest" improvements in the hard time metrics.
