Not a parent but my cousin died at 5 months old because she was colicky and her mom took her to a chiropractor who “adjusted” her. “Mechanical manipulation of the cervical spine” is listed on her death certificate. Please don’t take your babies. I see the posts. But don’t.
Trump wants people to believe this farce conspiracy of illegal votes. The same votes that kept a majority of republicans in the senate & didn’t lose a seat in the house only conspired against him. It’s time for the GOP to grow a spine & tell him to stop undermining our democracy.
@MarieAtLaw I stumbled across too. If you read comments, she actually provides specific legal advice. Someone asks a very fact specific legal question, & she advised them what to do more than once. You can’t say that’s “providing information.” That’s advice. Dangerous game all for some likes
Lawyers, what is something about practicing that law school students might have a hard time believing?
The one that gets me is how often opposing counsel will cite a case for a proposition, and then you look and see the case doesn't say that at all, or even says the *opposite.*
If Trump admin takes away public service student loan forgiveness, can someone just kill me because my grave is the next best option to become student debt free

@KatelynnNolen I had braces & Invisalign for 1.5 years & I would have reoccurring dreams about my teeth falling out, or my teeth moving too far and even worse than they started out. You are not alone, it’s a real thing lol.
Starting out is a public defender is not only an introduction to how much you can do for your clients but it is also a painful introduction to how much you cannot do for your clients.
I was hoping Rocky Adkins would run for the Senate seat, but I totally understand why he isn’t going to do it.
I wish him great success in his new role with Governor Beshear. He is a good man who loves Kentucky
@WaqarVick@BarExamTutor SAME! All MBE subjects were required in my law school curriculum (and most MEE subjects). I’m still the oddball that LOVES evidence!
