Nothing has been done for four or five days. Sometimes you phone and say that someone will go check the damaged part and then approve the return, while another guy requests pictures of the damaged part by email and guarantees a 24-hour turnaround. no real action made.(1/2)

I requested a call recording for the same reason. They don't have such a tape; this is a common occurrence when their salesperson fails to make his monthly goals and feigns a customer's response while speaking with stakeholders. I've included a screenshot of their support chat.
