@NCRBHQ My father (Resident of J&K) purchased a car bearing registration number of PB08, From it’s second owner now the same is not getting re-registered in Jammu as there is some 279/337 case flickering against it on NCRB portal which has already been settled by 1st owner

Issues I am facing

1) No one has any idea to get the same deleted from NCRB, we are completely stuck

2) This happened back in 2018 when First owner was in possession of the car, How was the car transferred to second owner after that.
