🚨Horrifying treatment of community dogs at Manipal University Jaipur!

Community dogs who had lived peacefully on campus for years were be@ten with iron rods, ki!led, dumped near Ajmer/Kishangarh roads, and even thrown into the Sanjhariya River.

The dogs - Buggi, Big Ben/Pepper, Cookie, and Ramlal were vaccinated, neutered, friendly, and harmed nobody. If relocation was needed, why were NGOs or shelters not contacted? Why were innocent animals tortu*ed and kil!ed instead?

1. Wait for written orders of the Supreme Court on stray dogs in NCT.

2. Media is whipping up animal hate frenzy - ignore.

3. I have already reached out to legal professionals who are passionate about animal welfare and rest assured this order will be challenged legally.

4. In the interim, do your best to protect voiceless street animals from animal hating vigilantes who will try to use this opportunity to cause them harm.

5. Animal welfare workers, especially feeders, immediately buy a body camera and ensure you have it ON during your routine feeding to ensure you document any hate/violence towards you. At worst, ensure you have your mobile phone handy to video document any harassment.

6. Don't give up, standing up for voiceless animals is the least we can do in our lives.

7. Don't indulge time wasters & trolls who will try to bait you into useless online arguments. Stay focused.

A death sentence for our community animals.

In a shocking move, the Supreme Court has ordered that all street dogs in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon & Noida be permanently confined in pounds — with CCTV to ensure none are released.

The court has ignored Animal Birth Control rules, dismissed inputs from intervening parties, and even cited a Western movie dialogue to justify its stance.
All this, despite zero human rabies deaths recorded in Delhi in the past 3 years.

This is not just unscientific, it’s cruel and dangerous. If you care for street animals, now is the time to speak in one voice.

Supreme court has done severe injustice with today's order on stray dogs, it literally acting as if we are living in a autocratic country and not a democratic one.
Personal interests seemed to have taken precedence over justice.
From a compassionate country we are going in the direction of becoming ruthless china.
Instead of prosecuting those who failed in execution and involved in corruption in implementing ABC rules , SC today punished all the dogs (in general).
Supreme court of India and particularly those two judges who gave today's order should be ashamed of themselves for this brute act of exploiting the power they have.
