A telecom provider telling customers to wait years for a fix is astonishing.
Taking payments is immediate; solving problems is apparently optional.
This is exactly how customer trust gets destroyed.
@JioCare
@JioCare Jio called and told me to wait three years for the service I'm paying for monthly. They also said I could switch providers, which is true, but I was surprised they're now recommending which service I should use based on their availability and network coverage.

@JioCare I'm not comfortable sharing my home details and phone number over social media. I've already shared the reference number, so please get the details from there. In general, this is from Manik Saekar Ghat, Bhagalpur, and that's already mentioned in the last tweet.
@JioCare Here are the details of the Jio service I'm getting after paying at least 349 rupees a month at my home gate, because inside my house, it always shows an emergency network. Maybe Jio is recommending I use a satellite phone or landline, which automatically makes me 30 years old.
