@AkasaAir when can I have my refund?
Its been 3 weeks now. How can you just sit on the request? 22,000 is s big amount. I have submitted all the proofs but still no response.
@AkasaAir This is just frustrating, you guys are slower than a snail while resolving an issue. No one is answering call, there is no one replying my emails, you should be ashamed of your customer service.

Paid ₹22,000 for excess baggage on Dec 15 (QP584). No EMD generated, so Etihad couldn’t honour it and I had to pay again at the gate.Its been more than a week

Flight 6E 5285 supposed to be leaving at 7:45 am from Mumbai, but there is no announcement of the delay. Passengers are suffering, most of them are here from 5am. Almost 8 hours waiting without any response. Shameful and Pathetic management. #indigo#IndigoDelay

Flew Air India AI188 from Toronto to New Delhi on April 13 — no seat cushions, broken armrests & neck support and infotainment screens not working.
This is our national carrier, and it’s honestly disappointing.
