The engineer suggested for shifting the outer at roof top and wanted more money for shifting...I gave 1800 for installation and now they asked 3500 more for shifting...

I purchased a Lloyd Havells 5-star 1.5 ton AC last week from Great Eastern showroom, Jhotwara (Jaipur). The installation was done on Sunday, and I paid the installation charges separately.

Unfortunately, the AC is not cooling at all. Even after raising a complaint, no engineer has visited yet. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I want to warn others — please think twice before buying air conditioners from these brands.
