Helpline people have no idea. They direct us to local authorities and local authorities direct us to Helpline. Highly frustrating experience with @KotakBankLtd for a simple account opening. They (yoginagar borivali branch) wasted my entire week without any valid reason.

While they are offering personal loans at higher rate of interest they are not responding to requests for loans under the scheme you have rolled out. We Bank with HDFC Bank @HDFC_Bank but we are yet to get any response @evah_solutions

@nsitharaman @RBI @DasShaktikanta M'am, pl do something for MSME owners like us too. Our projects are canceled or on hold. We pay 18% GST to govt for whatever we do (services). My staff is all educated and have their families to feed. Some short term loans at 0% interest will help @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia @minmsme

@PMOIndia @narendramodi Sir, from MSME perspective engaged in services cashflow will become difficult for next 5-6 months till situation normalizes. Short term loan (1-2 year) at 0 interest, Tax relief will help in paying employees, Rent, incidentals till new projects kick in @minmsme @FinMinIndia

U block GST related concerns. U don't respond to our issues. I had 80% women staff. half of them I had to ask them to leave! Clients don't pay but Govt. wants GST on time, how 2 survive?? @nitin_gadkari
