Keeping aside the morality of a decent human being, I admire the exceptional skill of this man, KNO leader Seilen Haokip, who can make blatant lies with so much proficiency and ease! Surely a born pathological lier.

Just to remember, this Kuki militant leader was born to a Burmese Kuki mother and a Punjabi father from Mizoram. He adopted the Kuki surname of his stepfather.
