The believers [Christians] were called by the villagers and asked to not pray there.
In some small villages, Christians are reportedly being forced to stop worshipping, and churches are being shut down or disrupted because of their faith.
No one should be threatened, excluded, or treated unfairly simply for being a Christian.
Indian Christians deserve the freedom to worship, pray, and live peacefully. Stand for religious freedom. 🙏🇮🇳✝️
We stand with all our Christian brothers and sisters in India. 🇮🇳🔥
Shame on @RSSorg , @BJP4India , @BJP4Maharashtra
Outside India we are all one family, in India treat Indian Christians as second class citizens.
About 4,000 churches in Maharashtra, India, are asking worshippers to sign forms declaring they attend services “purely by personal choice” as the state’s new anti-conversion law takes effect.
Church leaders say the declarations can help defend pastors against accusations of forced conversion. Dolphy D’Souza called them “the least safety measure we can take to protect us from legal proceedings.” Some churches have also installed security cameras after reported attacks and disruptions.
The law prohibits conversions involving coercion, fraud or inducement, with repeat offenders facing up to 10 years in prison. Christian groups fear it could be misused against ordinary prayer meetings and religious minorities. Similar anti-conversion laws now exist in 13 Indian states.
Statistically, Pedri got nothing from this: 0 assists, 0 key passes, 0 big chances created. Just another one of his 42 successful passes that people will look at and call him a “side-passing merchant” https://t.co/dmd07e5lJP
@muslimorthodoxy Allah Himself told the greatest Muslim: if you’re in doubt about the revelation, ask the People of the Scripture (Quran 10:94). So apparently even the Prophet was directed to Christians for clarity. Doesn’t quite support your argument.
@bigmediafan@ex_Brahmin Funny how you stopped at verse 20. By verse 36-37 God is condemning child sacrifice and idolatry. The explicit imagery is an allegory for Israel’s betrayal. Maybe read the chapter before using it as a gotcha.
@ghoshghosh412@ex_Brahmin The lady?? that’s not a lady that’s John, the youngest disciple
It’s a bit ironic to accuse someone of not knowing scripture while making the same mistake 😂
@Aysha786@santi_khaa@The_Great_NDA@Cool_Ustaz You’re appealing to the Protoevangelium of James to defend this? I genuinely hope you didn’t know what you were citing, because if you did and still used it, that’s deliberate deception.
@MMetaphysician@enesovat22 Demanding pre-Incarnation Trinitarian communities is like demanding pre-Newton communities who understood gravity in Newtonian terms. The revelation preceded the full understanding.
@MMetaphysician@enesovat22 Your question assumes that if Trinity were true, Jewish communities would have articulated it before the Incarnation. But the Christian claim is specifically that the Incarnation was necessary to reveal it.
