@passittobulis So ridiculous that you’re getting flack for being cautious and respectful of yourself and others. I still wear a mask in big public settings (travel, indoor events, grocery stores, etc.) and will continue to do so. A very simple thing to do, and I haven’t gotten sick in years.

Finally got around to ordering new lenses for my regular glasses & sunglasses. Because they have to be specially made, they’ll take about 2 weeks to get here. Vacation begins in 22 days. Fingers crossed that they arrive on time! Will be nice to have good vision on vacation! 😉

Between helping my brother’s family with their move yesterday, and keeping my niece busy today so that they could get some stuff unpacked without her underfoot, I am aching all over and am not gonna move from the couch for a few hours. Ouch!! 🤣 #OldLady

Got my next round of Covid vaccine today, so I’ve got that going for me. And it’s a long weekend coming up, which I get to spend with my family, including my niece. ❤️ Gotta be thinking of the positives, otherwise the despair will drown me.

Sucks being the lone American who was eligible to vote in my office. Everyone kept coming to talk to me today and I just could not stop crying during those convos. Gonna search out some happy TV and make some comfort food for dinner, as this lady is emotionally drained. Bleh.
