@scott_m2020 @JoMaloneLondon We got a response Scott, didn't receive gift wrap because we paid by apple pay!! Even though website says complimentary giftwrap. Money still came out bank! nothing they can do apparently!! Hopefully they see this and will get in touch with you. I"m so peeved off with JoMalone.
