So this month I had to pay for the wifi twice . I got their banking details from my profile on their WEBSITE. Next thing I try to get in touch with this service provider @webafrica and they told me that the money was deposited into the wrong account thats why my WI-FI was down.
@MasegoMosobe@webafrica Same thing on my side😑😑 I have been waiting to get my refund for over 25 working days. They keep telling me that they lodged a request with their finance in their dm. Their WhatsApp is completely useless.
Thats when I was forced to pay for another voucher so that they could turn my Wi-Fi back on. When I enquired about my REFUND they said I will get it within 6-10 days. It’s been MORE THAN 10 days and their agents are not even responding to my messages anymore. 🚮
