Don't think that you need to know everything, mechanisms of remodelling are not always clear. And MDT are always used. Echocardiography is never a solo game

@NixLimerick My treatment was aspirin, pulmicorte and Mantelukast. I have to say it's saved me.i can breath and do things again. Back to ocean swimming eventually.

@NixLimerick I can personally attest to this treatment. I have underlying cerebral vasculitis from Ehlers Danlos. I have suffered terribly from debilitating cough, headaches, SOB fatigue for 5 months from COVID 19. 1 week on this treatment I am improving leaps and bounds literally.
