@Icelandair can you please let me know when we can expect to receive the refund for our flights which were cancelled on the 19th Dec due to bad weather and we had to sleep on the floor for two days with no updates. Sad to say we are not impressed with your customer service

@ferdamalastofa @Icelandair have to say your national airline really knows how to treat its deserted passengers left In a cold airport,no food water or blankets and facing another night of pure torture.will never return to your country,and will be telling my friends not to visit!

@GovsPA it's freezing cold in the airport and despite asking several times to several people"please give us some blankets" nothing has been provided except a small bottle of water at 11am yesterday morning #islandair #kevflavkairport #Reykjavik this is a scared 10yr old boy on the floor!

@Icelandair have now been told I'm being put on a plane to Riga on weds and then one on Thursday to Dublin. if I want to go direct on the weds flight. only seat available is business class and I have to pay the difference!!!

@Icelandair I understand that you can't do anything about the weather that has had flights cancelled.But to leave your passengers in a cold airport and no food being provided except the one bottle of water we got at 11am & knowing we will b here overnight is actually frightening!
