@VerizonSupport I wish I knew adding the 'free' espn would eliminate my 14+years of discounts. 2.5 months of back & forth of trying to get my $55 discounts back would be futile. Oh & every time I call..you haven't activated your free espn. now instead is$290+ my bill is now $350+

@VerizonSupport has the issue with adding #ESPNUnlimited to your fios acct, &it changes your grandfathered plan been resolved? Added the feature sept4, and when rec'd new bill.. my discounts were removed &my bill went up $52.

@Stormshadow1977 @espn This happened to me! It messed up my grandfathered plan and my bill jumped over$50 .I had to call multiple times.. for them to tell me it's a known issue (adding espn unlimited and it modifies your plan) but it's not listed in the fine print that it would change your plan.

@vlamarca @Verizon @espn This! My bill shot up $50! I called cs this am and they said it is a 'known issue" this is currently being worked on &would have to wait to get it rectified by / before next due date. Frustrating and comes off as deceptive

@VerizonSupport Today. Rec'd the espn streaming email from Verizon..tried to sign in to add the espn feature and kept redirecting me to the business site.

Tried the same steps on my mobile device.. and was able to add the espn streaming to my account
