@Apple Since you don’t allow DMs, and it’s impossible to reach customer service for old orders, how about you let everyone know what your policy is on refunds for subscriptions to apps you remove from the App Store? How can I reach an actual person?

@AbeBooks Sad to see you appear to have made it impossible to contact customer service. Can’t even send a DM here. I have issues with a recent purchase, but the seller won’t respond. If you don’t respond, I’ll just delete my account and warn everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

@jlkurtz John, is the presumption that Howard’s opinion changed? He helped recruit guys here even after he left, didn’t he? My sense is, he was doing an interview and was probably asked some difficult questions and was just trying to be agreeable. It’s not like he called a presser.

How does that make sense?
We’re paying an actual insurance company to be our accountant. And telling them how to run the business.

Everyone should boycott @warnerbros until they stop stealing from their customers by setting arbitrary expiration dates for digital media redemption codes. It’s already paid for; it’s theft to deny redemption of unused codes.
