Recently changed business address and uploaded video to update our google information.
After multiple attempts it was accepted but we have now lost all of our reviews which have been replaced with reviews from the new building we have moved into.

There has definitely been a mix up on google’s end.
The reviews are not from our clients.
Our reviews are still visible from our old address and the business status is now permanently closed. All we have done is move location.
