@Dante02141937@Jack_Brentnall I meant 11 consecutive seasons to begin his career (meaning in his first 11 seasons). I apologize I was inaccurate. Rice did not get 1000 yards in his rookie year in 1985. I recognized my error but didn’t want to delete and redo the tweet.
@KevinAMolina To be fair the question was first ballot HOF, which is a whole different animal. The way the NFL HOF limits the number of inductees annually causes worthy players to have to wait. So Kittle having a HOF numbers vs. being a first ballot HOFer are completely different.
@chi_lando Mahomes was in the 3rd year of his rookie contract when the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in the 2019-2020. It was because he was still on a rookie contract that they were still a “stacked” team.
@betsandreps Both teams are required to get at least one possession. By taking the ball second, you know ahead of time whether you need a touchdown or a field goal to win and/or tie the game.
@wheatonbrando@ProFootballDoc@FezzikSports I don’t mind Fezzik’s analysis as one of the many viewpoints I consider when deciding what to bet on. His self-aggrandizing can be grating.
@FiddlesPicks More like because the betting public (squares) love the Rams. That’s why their Super Bowl odds were so low. They looked like a super team once they acquired Myles Garrett.
