A: "National School Bus Glossy Yellow" was chosen in 1939 for safety! 🟡👀 It's easy to spot in your peripheral vision, visible in poor weather, and has high contrast for better readability. 🚌💛

Passing a stopped school bus with flashing red lights can lead to fines ($400-$4,000), 6 points, and up to 6 months jail. Endangering kids is not worth it. Even if you weren't driving, the vehicle's owner can be charged. Stop for school buses! 🚌💛
