All the coloring in Another Day is dynamic using a simple shader. All sprites were drawn using a fixed 4-color grayscale palette - those hex values are swapped at runtime to the desired color palette. Here's a quick demo cycling through #LOWREZJAM#pixelart#shader#gamedev
