There is a scam going at Jharsuguda airport . They are not allowing other vehicle at airport and charging high price. From Jsg to Rourkela car they are charging 3800 plus harassment . All sorts of negative things.. encouraging not to use Jharsuguda airport again

My parents were not the only sufferers. There were many .Why shouldn’t we go with other airlines with less frustration and ridiculous rules .. after all this , the staff nicely says can’t help it ,you guys go out and figure out alternative to a senior citizen

@AirIndiaX would like to bring to everyone,s notice. Why is your boarding counter getting closed early as an hour or more .There are cases when some get delayed due to many reasons including traffic . And you guys denied boarding.I would not recommend AIX to anyone.

Due to this my senior citizen parents had to wait for 5 hours for next flight. don’t call this rules as it can’t accommodate genuine issues.. And above all your staffs are so busy that they can’t escort passengers to exit the gate . They had to wait for half hour to go out.

@JM_Scindia, @DGCAIndia stuck inside AKASA QP1384 flight since more than a hour in Bhubaneswar Airport. Crew has no update. We are with family and few have connected flights to go. Cabin is getting hot inside and it's impossible now to stay inside.
