I care more about fair price than line movement. If sharps are offering 3.5k liquidity at -110 and -109 then a fair price for me would be what they are willing to take it at which is +110. Now if one of my books is offering +115 I'd definitely take that over the +110 because my CLV would be higher. Higher closing line value week over week gives you a great edge over the books and is actually one of the metrics books use to identify sharp players. I really like to see the price I am getting to be +EV versus Pinnacle, circa, betcris but sometimes the bets aren't which I don't love but I'll still take them a lot of the time since I am betting heavy volume. If the price I am getting isn't better than what Pinnacle, circa or betcris is offering I usually won't take it.
