Blaming Dr. Fauci for authorizing COVID vaccines for pregnant women in 2021 is wrong and misguided.

Dr. Fauci was not in charge of the CDC, FDA, HHS, ACOG, or SMFM. He was the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID); he led a research agency, not a public health authority.

How were the decisions made?
The CDC: Dr. Walensky
FDA: Dr. Hahn & Dr. Woodcock
ACOG/SMFM: Drs. Chalas, Tucker, & Grobman
