#WATCH | Karnataka | Food Safety Department conducted inspections at hotels in Bengaluru.

Following are the seizure and disposal details:

1. Hotel Sky, UB City

- Rotten Chicken/Beef – 45 kg
- Vegetable Cutlet – 6 kg
- Used Cooking Oil – 15 litres
- Total food articles: 51 kg
- The above food articles were found unfit for consumption and discarded/destroyed as per procedure.

2. Royal Chain Hotel

- Duck – 50 kg
- Fish – 5 kg
- Total seized: 55 kg

3. Madras Kitchen

- Green Peas – 5 kg

4. Tescon Hotel

- Mushroom – 5 kg

5. Senchez Hotel

- Fish – 3 kg – Seized
- Cake, Potato & Tacos – 7 kg – Discarded

Overall Seizure/Disposal

- Total food articles seized/disposed: 132 kg
- Used Cooking Oil: 15 litres
- Total quantity of food articles: 132 kg

Skyee Lounge, 16th floor, U B City, Bangalore Kitchen, was closed for its unhygienic maintenance of kitchen and all meat and beef was rotten with fungus.

Milk and curd with expiry date 10 days back was found.

The most pressing issues affecting Bengaluru are traffic congestion, pothole ridden roads, inefficient waste management, and flooding during the monsoon due to waterlogging.

My primary goal is to find lasting solutions to these problems and create an environment where the people of #Bengaluru can live peacefully, safely, and with a better quality of life.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರನ್ನು ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ , ಗುಂಡಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು, ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ, ಮಳೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲೆಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರುನುಗ್ಗುವ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇದೆ.

ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹುಡುಕಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾಜನತೆ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಾಗಿ ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಗುರಿ.

The reason Bengaluru's roads are in poor condition is not because contractors don't know how to build roads, but because the tendering and contract allocation process is mired in corruption and misgovernance.

50% of the contracts in the past have been awarded to one agency called KRIDL, which is a corrupt organization designed to siphon off money, and which currently is under investigation by ED.

For the other 50% of the projects, the contractor is pre-decided (relative of the politician)!

Competent & capable contractors who want to focus on quality work are threatened with delayed payments and kept out of the tendering process.

The result is predictable. Roads are built poorly, roads are dug up repeatedly, public money is spent & siphoned off, and citizens continue to suffer from potholes and flooding.

This is not an engineering problem. It is a governance problem.

Until there is transparency and accountability in the tendering process, Bengaluru will continue to spend thousands of crores without getting the infrastructure it deserves.

The Bengaluru Development Minister needs to ask questions to the Ministers & Politicians, including from his own party (and not the Officials), to get the right answers.

So at that point of time, ah much of the oil available on the market was Russia because Europeans were essentially buying up the Middle East oil, which was our traditional supply. So circumstances pushed us in a certain direction but since you spoke about moral ambiguity, I would say this, no European country has been attacked with Indian weapons. I wish I could say that for European weapons vis-a-vis India... Europeans sell weapons which are used to attack India. Not now, for many, years. We Indians have never done anything to endanger Europe. So I think that's a reasonable point."
