Banks must stop denying responsibility in APP cyber-fraud cases. Victims who authorised payments under deception shouldn’t be left helpless. We need clear rules & accountability so both remitter and beneficiary banks compensate when due diligence fails.@RBI @NPCI_NPCI @Cyberdost

@Rajneesh1967 look into this matter. My IO name is Insp. Bhanwar Singh. Out of this 81.28 lakhs, 76 lakhs are from loans from various Banks/NBFCs/PPIs, hence I am in huge financial distress and this huge incompetency from Police is very disheartening. Public trust is diluted(2/2)

@Rajneesh1967 Respected Sir, I am a victim of financial cyber fraud of Rs. 81.28 lakhs. My FIR 63/2024 got lodged by Special Cell IFSO Dwarka in February 2024. Till date no financial recovery has been done by IFSO Police, also no chargesheet has been filed till date. Please (1/2)
