While scrolling LinkedIn, I came across a post from someone recently laid off from Oracle.

> 45 years old
> Working at Oracle for years
> Kids still in school
> Paying off a home loan every month
> Wife and parents financially dependent on him
> Got fired over an email at 6 AM

He paid 50-60% in taxes his entire life, yet there isn't a single government helpline he can call for support.

Welcome to India - where there's no safety net or support system for IT employees once they're terminated.

This is genuinely concerning.

1. No medical facilities
2. Poor air (NCR)
3. Zero safety and security
4. Inflation > salary hike
5. -ve portfolio
6. Opp. to reduce over pop. by comm. Suicide.

1. On one hand, large businesses can receive massive reliefs, waivers and write-offs. On the other hand, when it comes to UPI Tax, the argument is that larger merchants can afford to bear additional costs.

I won’t pay even a single extra rupee in UPI charges, even above ₹2,000.

If the government can afford $100 billion in freebies and subsidies, why not keep UPI free?

Bhai Chandra sahab ke ₹22,000 crores maaf nahi karte to India mein UPI agle 20 saal tak free chal jaata by government’s number of ₹8,000 crores subsidy.

Also NPCI - which runs UPI has ₹6,119 hard cash on its balance sheet and pre tax operating profit of ₹1,900 crores. NPCI apne cash pe and profits par zindagi bhar UPI free chala sakti hai. Government ka kuchh lena dena hi nahi hai. Government earned ₹1,000 crores tax from NPCI last year.
