Is 8090's core thesis here that "enterprise software sucks due to poorly defined requirements"? IMO, the real issue is building a common set of features that work for many customers at once. Big enterprises want custom software, but vendors can't profit from it since they can't resell it.

If 8090 builds custom software per client AND makes maintenance of that software (bugfixes, feature enhancements, etc.) super simple, that would be really compelling.
