Shatter the silence around sexual harrassement and abuse in Fairfax County Public Schools. Non-partisan, grassroots, non-profit. #shatterthesilenceFCPS
Give them shovels! At least then they’d clear something. Shoveling is honest work (especially, for Sona Rewari, Ryan Bates, and Kevin Elliker). Right now FCPS is too busy funding Hunton Andrews to argue in that a 12-year-old can “consent” to rape and that previously schools apparently get “one free rape.” Truly the most ethical use of taxpayer dollars. The lawyers are SICK people.
🚨So another preventable tragedy happens in FCPS… student murdered when signs of danger were there. But it’s just “kids being kids,” right? Just another day of students facing violence, threats, rape, trafficking, or worse.
Newsflash: FCPS has a violence problem everywhere — gang violence, sex trafficking, and sexual abuse. If this fit their preferred narrative and politics, they’d be on TV pretending to care. But they’d rather silence whistleblowers and call us “liars.”
As long as Fairfax County Public Schools can bury it, they don’t care. That’s where their money goes — big-law attorneys with no moral compass, as long as they can bill and PR it away.
There are people in this school district who don’t just need to lose their jobs — they act like criminals who need to be in PRISON. I have a few names in mind 🤔!

🚨If your name isn’t John Foster, an FCPS board member, Michelle Reid, or an attorney from Hunton Andrews / King & Spalding / Blankingship—you’re automatically a liar, right?
But if you are one of them, you’re suddenly “credible.” Please. The gaslighting is pathological. FCPS likely has turned spoliation, forgery, and projection into a full-time profession. They prey on fear and stupidity—and count on people being too blind to notice.
🚨New: Fairfax County Public Schools is seeking $250,000 from a woman who sued FCPS on how the school system handled her alleged middle school sexual assault. https://t.co/9xb28kaf5R
🚨 FCPS takes “guardianship” of your taxpayer dollars so seriously that…
➡️ They’ve burned ~$14 MILLION fighting me in court.
➡️ They told reporter @NickMinock he’d have to pay $1,700 just to FOIA the invoices. Why not just be transparent?
➡️ Those same attorney invoices in 2021 show FCPS apparently obtained my conclusive rape kit as a 12 yr old in 2020—before I ever saw it. That’s such a red flag… 🚩
And here’s what they really don’t want to talk about: if this case was about money to me, it could have ended years ago. FCPS was willing to buy me silence. I didn’t take it. My case is currently on appeal and look forward to the law being corrected

Wow. This is such a low for Fairfax. A child sex abuse victim going to the beach for the DAY means she should pay a $4 billion institution $250K? This is just a blatant abuse of the system and process.
🚨Update: The court took under advisement whether I should pay FCPS’s $250K fee petition.
FCPS claims a case with nearly 1,200 docket entries is “frivolous.” And apparently, because I once went to Ocean City, Maryland for my husband’s grandparents’ 80th birthday for two days, I must be rich enough to bankroll a $4B institution. 🤔.
This attorney below, Ryan Bates, argued for the school district. He’s a sick guy who has terrorized parents, children, and survivors. Ryan frequently seemingly lies to the court and thinks he can get away with it.
🚨After my husband DM’d @KarlFrisch (Chair, Fairfax Co. School Board) to stop retaliating against me, Karl saw it, waited days, then out of nowhere tonight sent a “account not monitored” reply—and unfriended him on LinkedIn. 🙃
Here’s the reality: Under Karl’s leadership, FCPS has defended in court the idea that schools get “one free”, that disabled children can be restrained and secluded, that 12-year-olds can “consent” to rape, and that survivors like me should pay $250,000 for seeking accountability.
Karl Frisch & FCPS attorney John Foster embody this deviant culture. Behind the “progressive” theatre, their actions have pushed kids backward. It leaves children unsafe in Fairfax schools.
🚨 Tomorrow at 10AM, FCPS drags me back to federal court for $250K. Because apparently a $4B institution needs a victory lap for outspending a 12-year-old child-sex-abuse survivor with taxpayer dollars. Bravo. Amazing what “inspirational” litigation tactics you get from a Harvard-educated attorney and working in big law! 👏
$14M on their attorneys from Hunton? You need $14M to do this? FCPS, you need to hire better attorneys.😂
If I were FCPS, I’d hope to watch me “lose” too — nothing screams "power" like burning millions to silence one survivor. Only for her to keep fighting, appealing, and getting louder.
The corrupt trifecta: FCPS, their attorneys, John Foster.
Should make no mistake: I know their true weakness is fear of people who don't cave to their sad attempts to intimidate!
This is, in my opinion, overt First Amendment retaliation—a slippery slope. From the tragic price of assassination (political violence is an assault on democracy) to attempted financial ruin here, the thread is the same: silence the truth-tellers.
It’s disgusting. It’s abuse. And those rogue actors & institutions who feed off intimidation, praying to scare the courageous and those around them into silence to send a message, won’t win. In fact, history shows they always lose in the end.
🚨FCPS isn’t just targeting me, they are sending a chilling message: if you fight for your rights, we will destroy you. They mishandled my child sexual abuse, and now they want me to pay $250,000 in "fees" for daring to demand justice.
Today it’s me, a survivor of CSA. Tomorrow it could be anyone who stands up for their basic rights, their constitutional rights, or their children’s safety. This is corruption. And it should terrify every family in Fairfax County.
We cannot let them silence survivors or punish those who demand accountability.

Kate continues to be punished for courageously speaking up against a $4 billion dollar institution that should’ve kept her safe. But they didn’t and now seek $250,000 from her. Kate isn’t an anomaly. FCPS retaliates against other children and protects abusers. Sign this petition
🚨 URGENT CALL TO ACTION 🚨
My sexual abuse at 12 was entirely preventable had FCPS done the right thing. Instead, they covered it up, and to this day, they keep doing the opposite of protecting kids.
I live with life-altering disabilities every day because of that abuse. Now, at 26, FCPS wants a judge on Sept 19 to make me pay $250,000, for daring to seek accountability and justice.
This petition matters: every signature shows the School Board this precedent is unacceptable. Survivors must not be punished into silence.

FCPS has a larger systemic issue of sexual violence and enabling predators. Anytime sexual violence is brought to the attention of the school district, they try to hide it from the public and if they find out FCPS appears to minimize the “damage” in hopes it is forgotten. The pattern at this point is so predictable. Their priority should be keeping children safe but it never has been (trust me).
Various forms of sexual violence in FCPS persist, despite denial and cover-ups. Another disturbing instance from a Langley High School coach soliciting a minor in Maryland. This raises red flags about potential harm to other children and calls for a thorough investigation into the coach's background.
