We have NEVER in our almost 10 years running this account and helping fans been this disappointed in a ticket process. It’s been a mess from the start and it’s HEARTBREAKING this many fans will not be able to get tickets to a tour that is continuously being marketed as potentially her last for a while or ever. There are methods that could’ve been used. Why isn’t face value exchange on? Why are there resale tickets STILL available? Why is there a ticket limit of 4? Why is it an open sign up AGAIN? *sighs* Not sure what WE as GTN can do but we will be vocal in a respectful way.
