If you're thinking about using @ModernMilkman_ ... think again. Looks like bird poo in a sealed bottle of milk 🤮🤮🤮

Messaged them and they don't seem very concerned.

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Plusnet is such a joke right now! Send me an email that my direct debit failed. Can't pay online because it bring up an error!!! Can't chat online because they've switched it off. On hold for 30 minutes so I gave up on calling. No reply from a tweet. How TF do I pay my bill????

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@plusnethelp Your call centres are now closed. Chat closed. It won't let me pay my bill. So what am I supposed to do here??

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@marcsnappy @alderv10 @becca_brazil @Mazuma @BBCWatchdog

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@marcsnappy @alderv10 @becca_brazil @Mazuma @BBCWatchdog Some people also need to learn to STFU if they've got nothing constructive to say! Rather than just bore the hell outta people getting an erection for Mazuma Mobile. It's an unhealthy obsession and you should get some help!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@marcsnappy @alderv10 @becca_brazil @Mazuma @BBCWatchdog Whats silly is you ranting about it saying she's a "Snowflake" when you are clearly offended and melted hours ago! Now zip ya lips and go play with traffic!!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@marcsnappy @alderv10 @becca_brazil @Mazuma @BBCWatchdog What she was trying to do is irrelevant! She declined the offer so they shouldn't put it through and accept it end of! Think about it!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Mazuma And my devices have been processed yet you have not paid the amount nor will you reply to any communication!!!!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Mazuma That doesn't explain you checking handsets but not paying people. Neither does it excuse not replying to emails. I've sent 4 or 5 tweets also over the last week. NO REPLY. Yet you reply to others????? #poorservice #notgoodenough

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@ASA_UK @BBCWatchdog @Mazuma Where is my money? Order M7783010. You claim to offer same day payments. You've had the phone I sent a week now. And you've even checked the handsets! But not paid me!!!!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Mazuma @OWAMaths Rubbish! I've sent 3 tweets. 2 emails. Over the last week. Not 1 reply!!!!!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

Still no response from @Mazuma. Live chat doesn't work. Phone just rings out and on hold for hours. Don't respond to emails. JOKE!! @ASA_UK @BBCWatchdog

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Mazuma @dianemc32555908 @ASA_UK Maybe you'll reply to me if I complain to @ASA_UK aswell because you've ignored my tweets, emails and phone calls the last 3 days!!!!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@azza3213 @Mazuma I got the same email this morning

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

Disappointingly no reply or email back from @Mazuma. I would not recommend using their services! Don't respond to emails and you cannot call them!

[ShaunyB @ShaunBantonES]

@Mazuma Phone were delivered to you on Tuesday 26th. Still says awaiting delivery. Why?? You have also ignored my email and are not answering telephones?? Order Number: M7783010 Special Delivery Tracking: BH646167017GB
