Good news from our Shinje Clinic HCC is that the clinic now has a borehole. We continue to appeal for as much assistance as we can get. As traditional leaders, our role is to be custodians of public property like clinics and schools. This improvement means a lot to us.

When I saw His Worship @JMafume touring First Street on the news I am getting a sense that First Street might get an upgrade. My ibvious thoughts in terms of inspiration wa ms to have the street be designated to restaurants, bars and hotels like Long Street in Cape Town.

To help improve the access to information in my village, I provide free WiFi 24-7. And now introduced this monthly development bulletin distributed in print to all households and explained to villagers prior to our monthly village assembly.

Our area is infested with termites, so over a couple of years, we've invested in rust-proof metal poles - over 300 poles installed. Fencing has been an important part of establishing our village farm.

CCTV cameras are helping to improve accountability on the farm and reduce "mishaps" that have led us to make losses.

We're taking advantage of the current rain spell to expand our fruit trees on the homestead. Frame 2 is guava and 🥭 trees, which we hope to establish into a fruit tree windbreak around a newly established lucerne plot.

Good evening. Improving our night life in the village has been a top priority. We're now almost done with construction works, a couple of years later. Soon, we'll be pimping up this old homestead and focus fully on farm production.

We're making good progress with our poultry section. Expecting eggs in the next few weeks. We will be supplying eggs, day old chicks and free range meat.
