As black people I think we are too comfortable with throwing our fathers away and giving them the title “ Dead Beat “ without asking their side of the story. Too often do I see the their stories become silenced and yes some father do weird stuff and deserve the title but some don��t and we give to them anyway without asking how it was for them to be a father at that current time in their life. Some of these fathers simply have a bad title because the mothers anger made you believe so
