@LNER still waiting for compensation of a delayed journey on the 11th September to Edinburgh. Email confirming compensation came swiftly but payment nowhere to be seen!!! No updates despite sending email. What is going on?

Need some help. From anyone in the Nottingham area. This removal van carrying all my sisters flat belongings was taken from Gedling in Nottingham on the 17th April between 10:30pm & 6am.
