Current and simple styling tips for myself (you don’t have to agree)
- Silhouette is most important above brand mix.
- Don’t be overly loud with logos/graphics on multiple pieces (example t-shirt and jacket)
- Minimalism looks best when the silhouette is exaggerated in areas and more fitted in others. - If the t-shirt is big, the pant cant be slim. A slim pant usually requires a slim t-shirt. - If the pant is very baggy, the t-shirt cant be too oversized. A slimmer / cropped block on top of a baggy pant looks better. - If the pant is regular / straight leg, most t-shirt fits work.
- Tee body length should not fall below the wrist.
- Hoodie should not fall below the lower hip generally.
- Pants should stack on the shoe, unless intentionally cropped
- No black socks with white shoes
- No white socks with all black shoes
- A button up shirt should either have nothing under or a vest/tank, never a t-shirt.
- Longer socks, stacked. Nothing pulled up high, no ankle socks ever, really.
- One Fitness/health tracker on wrist if any, two looks hectic and there’s no need.
- Dont over-do jewelry, too much gives an intense look.
- Bracelet on the same wrist as a watch is too much.
- Black t-shirt with a pale jean/pant is upside down, try to be lighter on top, or around the same depth of tone.
- Length of a pullover hoodie/sweater should be shorter than the t-shirt under.
- Jacket should be shorter than the t-shirt under, unless the jacket is a longer length (below wrist)
- Shorts should sit above or below the knee. Never on the knee cap.
The Premier League title race would have entered the final match round with Manchester City two points clear of Arsenal, according to The Athletic’s analysis of key match decisions made by referees and their video assistants.
■ Arsenal, Chelsea and Sunderland benefitted the most from errors
■ Bournemouth earned four fewer points than they should have
■ Fulham should have qualified for the Europa League
■ An extra 17 red cards and 36 penalties should have been awarded
@Refsplaining analyses every key match decision to evaluate how on-field and VAR refereeing decisions shaped the Premier League in 2025-26.
