@PaulWorcester 1. assign leaders to missional communities according to their gifting: apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, teacher.
2. Always send two to four leaders depending on the group size. No more than 10 ppl for every 2 leaders.
3. read, examine, pray through and apply Acts 2:42-49.
