@Hertz After an hour of waiting the staff member who served us was fantastic and apologised for the wait. 10 miles down the road we got a flat tyre. Put the spare on and got to Chattanooga at 0400! I then spent 90 minutes on the phone with Hertz trying to sort but was then cut off!
