@SkyHelpIreland I was cut off at 3.30pm y/day; no bb since. I need it for work at home. I called customer service y/day and all they could tell me was to turn everything off/on again, and unplug/reconnect everything (took an hour on the phone!). This needs to be fixed pronto!!

Joined a gym last summer and pay £50 a month, I go in every day and have a 25 min shower. Since I've joined, never had a bath or shower at home due to energy prices.

The phone rang once and the line went dead. I had a serious issue and I need your help to fix it, but you guys clearly couldn't care less about issues with your service. This is not acceptable. If this continues, I will leave, and encourage others to also.

I rang you guys last week and was on hold for 45 minutes to get spoken to, and I was transferred to a member who was not available. Then you hung up on me. I rang today, and after 25 minutes, was transferred to a rep, who transferred me to billing.
