I can go non stop complaining about all other issues that I am currently facing, and I have not even started on the issue with making or receiving calls. Also, when WiFi is connected then things work fine, so it is a problem with your pathetic network coverage, not my phone.

Seriously, is this how poor Airtel is? They cannot have a tower installed in Andheri East, near the airport? I have NEVER EVER seen more than 1 tower on my phone (believe me when I say that). Stop boasting about 5G when your network does not even reach to your customers.
