Well, this just happened. This week I have been pretty outspoken on 2 things:
1. The Falcons coaching vacancy
2. ICE in MN
And now my reach is being restricted. Since Elon is all about the free speech, I am guessing he is a Saints fan.
@JleeStewart_88@bobpockrass@NASCARONFOX We have taken away practices and days of qualifying. Now we want to make races shorter to court the same group that binge watches Ted Lasso or Stranger Things for 3 - 4 hours.
No one is going to camp anymore. Who wants to sit in traffic longer than it takes the drivers to race?
@PerfectStorm24@bobpockrass@NASCARONFOX Given the race length and the suggestion to go 300 miles, you are going to be asking fans to spend more time in their cars in traffic than the race car drivers spend in theirs. Are people going to camp all weekend for two 2 hour races? It would kill attendance.
#Desi9nToDrive returns to Atlanta on July 12, for the 10th year!
My NAPA Chevy and @alpinestars race uniform will feature baseball-themed artwork by 8-year-old patient Maximus Peace and 9-year-old patient Noelle Springer. To support pediatric care @childrensatl we are giving away a fly-away experience to a NASCAR race!

Looking for any government meteorologists who are willing to speak regarding the dearth of morning weather balloon observations.
What’s the cause? What are you being told? What impact is that having on your forecasts?
Can speak on condition of anonymity.
@ClaireBLang@dennyhamlin@NashvilleSuperS Lets do math. Sundays race was 3 hours, 23 minutes, and 10 seconds = 12,190 seconds.
The suggestion is to make it 75% as long.... 9,142 seconds or 2 hours, 32 minutes.
You're gonna make me sit in my car longer at the track with traffic than the drivers sit in theirs?
@FreddieKraft So I am going to spend $100+ on a ticket, $10 on a beer another $15 on food, to sit in my car longer at the track than the drivers?
If this was really the way, the O'Reilly series would be sold out every Saturday.
Y'all are insane. People binge watch TV shows on a weekend all the time. But we gotta cut a NASCAR race shorter so the fans who actually attend sit in their cars at the track longer than the drivers to attract a fan that has no problem bingeing Ted Lasso. #NASCAR
@Jordan_Bianchi@Jtown333 If a place draws 70k+... it is going to take an hour+ to arrive and park and leave. You are saying that someone who spends $100+ on tickets + food, etc should spend more time in their car at the track then the drivers? To get the viewer binge watching Ted Lasso for 4 hours?
@Kenny_Wallace@dennyhamlin I disagree. Anywhere that draws 100k will have an hour+ of traffic each way. People aren't going to spend $100 a ticket + food, etc to sit in their cars longer on race day than you do.
People binge watch things all the time. If the racing is good and the stories, they'll come
@RepLuna And you have done nothing but protect a pedophile and the money he makes off of American's backs from the fraud he can manipulate from his own office. Work on who is in office 1st before worrying about who is nominated.
@dennyhamlin@AlextheAdm1ral 4 hours of racing isn't too long. People binge watch shows for that long on the weekends. Make the racing good & have some story lines, & people will watch. Who is spending $100+ on a ticket to watch a race that takes less time than sitting in traffic to and from the track.
@johnrich Because ownership of those teams wouldn't change stereotypical imagery as logos. Braves dumped Chief Knock-a-homa as mascot a while ago. The screaming Indian was demoted as no longer a logo. All while working with the Cherokee Nation.
The others weren't willing to do similar.
Recent retiree Greg Bovino traveled to Portugal to attend a Nazi conference, gave an interview citing Nazi general Erwin Rommel as an inspirational figure, and wore his regulation SS haircut.
When is it ok to start calling them Nazis? Or is that still too polarizing?
