@ICICIBank bug reporting 1 of 2. Register a new payee . Enter OTP. System - you are not authorised. Do it again it goes thru. It is frustrating. It happens every single time on net banking.
Ash cloud had brand preferences too ! They were visible to @IndiGo6E teams flying and not to other airlines. This preference led to just slight delays like 2-3 hours odd for for a 1.5 hour flight
Actually that’s the problem. The staff at the first counter 12 was extremely rude & triggering to start a fight! That’s not how you handle delays! I booked an earlier flight that was more expensive to reach mumbai early .. what’s the point in paying more to reach later than cheaper flight 🧐
@EmiratesSupport in cases of technical snags you need to be clear on options your travellers have. It was absolutely missing today in India. The processes were broken. However, ahmed at reservations ( call centre) helped my book alternate flight just in time. Dawood and Mohammed jdvay helped ensure that my luggage was loaded they explained how the process will ensure my luggage is safe.
However India no one took responsibility. They were not trained to handle disruptions with clarity. They showed no concern. Worst senior people handling had smile on their face. Offloading wasn’t simple either .. it took forever. You need to fix this.
I have been in transit for 24 hours due to your issues … rather than 12 ! Help me understand how do you make up for this? Also help me understand when I fly a value flight instead of emirates with no blankets and paid snacks how does anything hold ?!

@emirates going through a frustrating experience. I am on Ek501 and I don’t know whether this will fly or not. I don’t know if I will make it to my conference. Your staff is not geared to answer or handle the situation
@EmiratesSupport QNSQ7N is my reference number I am at the airport feeling stranded and not sure how do I get to my final destination bcoz my connecting is now definitely missed but absolutely no solutions are coming thru. Worse. Some of them have a smile on their face rather than empathy
@ICICIBank_Care I got your email. It is the same narrative as your representative. The merchant name is different when I get email intimation vs what is there in the credit card statement. Pls fix it

Your representative do not understand what the bug or the glitch is. When you call to start justifying that @GoogleCloud_IN and @GoDaddy have changed their merchant name to some alphanumeric. I just wanna laugh at you.
You have broken systems. Your sms and emails clearly call out the merchant name while CC statement doesn’t.
Try convincing Me please .. or should you look for disconnected system.

Last CC statement clearly called out the party I paid to namely @googlecloud … but this month it is alpha numeric number on the statement difficult to figure who I paid to. The same for @GoDaddy. Of course these are not entities who have suddenly changed names - pls check and correct. @googlecloud & @GoDaddy you may need to check as well. I had to manually check the statement with my WA messages to reconcile.. and messages from ICICI were clear on who I was paying but not the statement ! Wonder where the crack and bug is. Some of the entities like @linkedin are working fine. #techchallenges

I thought I lost my airpods on Air India Flight - AI 2773 and now I realize that @airindia STOLE it.
Initially I thought I misplaced it. Then quickly, I figured that I had dropped it - this was just around the time flight was taking off.
I sought help, which clearly was not coming my way. Find my device confirmed that airpods were around me but, aircraft is dense hence needed crew to support. I waited for landing, confirmed the live location. It was in the craft.
Waited for everyone to disembark so I can locate it. The live location was clearly indicating that it was in the craft - when it was just me and the crew.
I was assured that the cleaners will help find ...but, i was asked to step out ..and told perhaps it was in my bag. Which I proved that it wasnt- refer to second image.
Then i thought ok ...cleaners didnt care and it went away in trash. But, now after a few hours when I see - it is intact and in a shop. So, inspite of the fact that the staff saw me begging for 5 minutes to look around - the haste with which i was pushed out clearly shows this is a case of THEFT by staff.
Shame on You @airindia Never thought that ethics would be sold off so soon. @TataCompanies @Gustavbaldauf @GustavBaldauf @DebanganaChakrabarty @harishbhatt@AppleSupport@Apple is there anyway you can help.
